Supply Chain Manager**Experiência deseable, capacidades y facto de éxito**- Licenciatura mínima, MBA preferido- 7-10 años de experiência de liderazgo en el puesto de Gestión de Planificación de Compras/Producción, incluida la logística, preferiblemente en un entorno de mezcla alta de bajo volumen- Liderazgo sólido en entornos Lean, habilidades organizativas y de toma de decisiones.- Capaz de trabajar bajo presión, con un horario ajustado y en un entorno que cambia rápidamente- Capaz de administrar y delegar múltiples prioridades con éxito- Habilidades de negociación de contratos.- Habilidad para pensar estratégica y tácticamente.- Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal, habilidades informáticas y habilidades interpersonales.- Experiência con producción de bajo volumen/alta mezcla- Sólidas habilidades de gestión de proyectos, resolución de problemas y análisis.- Debe tener excelentes habilidades de presentación y experiência en presentaciones al personal ejecutivo.- Conocimientos en producción y manejo de inventario.- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.- Dominio experto con el uso de Excel, Access y Project.- Indispensable radicar en chihuahua.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: Hasta $85,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- 7-10 años de experiência en el area- Radica en Chihuahua, ChihuahuaEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Ingles avanzado (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
