In order to assure a strong EVP and External competitiveness.- Collaborates with Finance, CoEs and partners to create and maintain healthy salary structures, as well as other Compensation tools.- Responsible for the Data and Insights related to Compensation and Rewards.- To drive Benchmarking projects, Compensation Survey, Organizational changes, and communication.- Responsible for the people process as PMP, Merit and Salary adjustments.- Support related to Benefits, Mobility and Hourly EVP**Play your part in our team success**:To ensure company’s Competitiveness and compliance with policies and procedures that strengthen our Employee Value Proposition. This role interacts with PPC peers as well as employees at all levels throughout the business.
