Propósito del Puesto

El propósito de esta función es garantizar la ejecución correcta de los controles del proceso para que las transacciones, investigaciones y parametrizaciones se procesen con precisión y sin defectos.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Verificar las transacciones y consultas relacionadas con el procesamiento de pagos internacionales recibidos y enviados, transferencias electrónicas domésticas, investigaciones y parametrización, consultas de sucursales, pagos manuales y la reconciliación de cuentas, así como otras actividades inherentes a la función
  • Gestionar y administrar los procesos para asegurar la óptima ejecución de la operación del mismo y mitigar los riesgos operativos que puedan derivar sanciones por algún incumplimiento a los controles y a la normatividad que aplique.
  • Elaborar y gestionar los fines de día, así como los controles inherentes en los procesos del área.
  • Supervisar el flujo de los procesos del área, y escalar cualquier eventualidad en los procesos bajo su cargo
  • Documentar y mantener actualizados en el CEDI las instrucciones de trabajo y diagramas de flujo del proceso a cargo. Asegurar la actualización de la matriz de usuarios y realizar el análisis preventivo de potenciales combinaciones tóxicas..Gestionar el entrenamiento al personal de nivel ingreso y/o que requiera entrenamiento en la función a desempeñar
  • Cumplir con las políticas de RH (Código de Vestimenta, Ausentismos, Política de Cumplimiento de Cursos, Regalos y Hospitalidad, etc)
  • Asegurar que la entrega de los insumos para elaboración de indicadores se encuentre libre de defectos, y verificar que los indicadores del área corresponden a la operación de los procesos bajo su cargo.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de calidad centradas en el cliente.
