At Nike, it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?If this is you, you will be working with our Marketplace Operations, Inbound, DC Operations, DSM and NDDC teams, rolling a cross functional alignment to define our Digital E2E fulfillment needs; in order to serve our consumer with three drivers: Cost, Revenue and Service.A typical week in IFP is focus in analyze, create, and aligned our Integrated Capacity Plan for Digital, projecting operative demand forecast, validating supply availability, supporting Digital Market moments, achieving financial goals and consumer service levels. Keeping in mind our Monthly target and aligning Risk and Opportunities.Activities: E2E supply chain capacity planning for digital, product and capacity analysis, Digital Operative Model, develop tools and financial models to analyze the cost/benefit tradeoffs of Shipment plan vs actual trends. Represent Logistics in our Digital Network and managing the Digital supply chain risk & ops.WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?You will Report to our Integrated Fulfillment Planning Manager, who oversees the E2E planning of the Nike México Supply Chain.You will work with our Supply Chain, DSM, Finance and NDDC Teams, connecting and aligning E2E Digital supply chain capacity planning and Processes, always with Consumer and Cost focus.WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration or Commerce- More than 7 years of experience in Supply Chain environment, preferred in retail sector or digital commerce- Broad, in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end process of Nike’s Supply Chain- Strong leadership, team member and task prioritization skills.- Skills in supply chain management and driving improvement initiatives.- High performance in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.- Advance knowledge of ERPs.
