We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global recruiting team. This role will play a critical part in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across Europe and the Americas to support Bounteous’ growing global footprint. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of international hiring practices, a strong ability to manage complex recruiting needs across multiple time zones, and proficiency in Spanish and/or French to effectively connect with candidates and partners in global markets. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while helping the business achieve its growth goals. Information Security Responsibilities Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information Role and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Europe and the Americas, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Partner closely with hiring managers, Resource Management, and People & Culture to understand business needs and design tailored recruiting strategies for different markets and skillsets. Proactively build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for key disciplines such as technology, design, strategy, and consulting roles. Leverage a mix of sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and engage qualified candidates. Apply market expertise to guide business and HR leaders on talent trends and regional hiring strategies Drive consistent, high‑quality candidate experiences that reflect Bounteous’ core values and employer brand Collaborate with the broader global Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment on best practices, tools, and processes Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in our applicant tracking system, TurboHire Prepare, extend, and negotiate employment offers in alignment with internal equity standards and compensation guidelines Support employer branding, talent marketing, and university relations initiatives as needed. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in full‑cycle recruitment, ideally within a digital agency, consulting, or technology environment. Solid understanding of Murex, Calypso, Ion, and similar financial platforms, including their core modules. Experience hiring for roles across programming languages, mobile application development, and data warehousing Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple geographies, especially Europe and the Americas Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish and/or French required Strong understanding of global talent markets, employment practices, and sourcing channels Proven success recruiting for a variety of roles, including contract, full‑time, and project‑based positions Skilled in developing and maintaining talent pipelines to support evolving business needs Deep experience with applicant tracking systems (TurboHire preferred) and CRM tools Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred $60,000 - $90,000 a month Bounteous is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
