International Payroll Specialist

**About the job****What would your day-to-day look like**:- ** Payroll Inputs**:Verify payroll inputs for individual countries by consolidating information from various internal sources.- ** Payroll Administration**:Execute and manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance for individual countries. Maintain proper reconciliation process for monthly and semi-monthly payrolls.- ** Collaboration with People Ops**:Partner closely with the People Ops team to confirm and incorporate all inputs related to contractual changes and variables, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon KPIs.- ** Payroll Compliance**:Resolve compliance issues for states and federal regulatory agencies. Ensure local regulatory procedures are followed for new hires, payroll changes, and terminations.- ** Regulatory Awareness**:Work closely with key internal stakeholders to keep teams informed and compliant with changes in local country-specific regulations.- ** Employee Queries**:Handle and address employee inquiries related to payroll, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
