Requisition ID: 27486- Job Location(s): Santiago De Queretaro, MXDanfoss Power Solutions is seeking a hands-on **_Project Technician_** to be located in our Queretaro PMC Plant and will be **_focused on change projects._**In this role you will have to coordinate and manage prove out process to support the validation process (PPAP), support MFGPro set up and Change Management activities for product line movements, process changes, tool repairs/changes, Supplier & SCM changes. General support on Capacity analysis and lay out updates.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Assures execution of prove out based on customer requirements and production plan.- Serves as main contact for prove out status,changes and roadblocks.- Conducts meetings as required to keep the activities on track and the team informed of prove out status- Follows up with actions and lessons learned after prove out completion- Support on Bill of Material Audits and BOM upgrades to maintain PN´s routes accuracy in MFG pro system- Track changes progress / execution, engineering trial runs and prototypes builds- Keep Lay out up to date and support on the changes as required.- Monthly Capacity analysis for SIOP, updates related to maintenance, PPAP, routes.- Time study support.- Support the Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives such as cost outs, ideas program, etc.**Background & Skills**:- TSU Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical field- 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes- Intermediate English is required- Manufacturing Value Stream experience.- Manufacturing process and engineering documentation knowledge.- Knowledge in problem solving tools: 8D’s, Kaizen, 5 whys, etc.- Prefered project/change management experience.- Change formal training & skills.- Demonstrates a Collaborative Style.- Organized and drive for results.- Ethics and professional presence required- Oral and written communication skills.- Teamwork and get results by influencing others to get results.**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
