In this role, you will manage a team of full cycle recruiters in CDMX who support the Global Operations organization and are responsible for hiring top talent into the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC). The SDC is our Global Operational Center of Excellence, which is a critical component of Stripe’s growth strategy. Recruiting for the SDC requires high attention to detail, impeccable operational rigor and strong stakeholder management skills. What you’ll do Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Stripe’s success. We have a world-class team working together to attract and hire thoughtful, collaborative, and focused people who drive Stripe's global impact. We are looking for a Manager for our CDMX SDC Recruiting team who will develop and support our recruiters, help streamline our recruitment process, enhance candidate experience, and provide metrics and analysis on hiring progress. This role will require partnering closely with senior leaders across the SDC organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals. This individual must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment—unafraid to try new things, embrace new ideas, and welcome suggestions for how we can iterate on our hiring processes. Responsibilities Manage and scale a team of full-cycle recruiters to deliver excellent performance, develop their recruiting expertise, and facilitate their professional development Partner with senior leaders across the SDC organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring across our CDMX lines of business Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and make improvement to the current process Continue to work on active reqs where necessary Who you are We\'re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Minimum requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience preferred) 2+ years of recruiting management experience Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner Experience partnering with senior level management and stakeholders Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment Proven track record of designing and implementing process improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
