**Job Description Summary**: The objective of this role is support North America portfolio for TX Core Maintenance operations.**Roles and responsibilities**- Close interaction with Operations team tagging cost and monitoring billing/revenue for projects.- Perform quarterly margin review of projects under scope.- Cost and revenue pacing validation.- Monitor intercompany balances, supporting reduction of IBS balances.- Prepare account reconciliations under USGAAP on a Monthly/Quarterly basis.**Required qualifications**- Currently studying a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business administration with a graduation date of late 2025 or 2026.- Basic Excel skills.- Fluent in English- Basic analytical, organizational, decision-making and communication skills.**Desired characteristics**- Use of Pivot charts and basic formula functions in excel.- Proactive and communication driven.- Organizational skills.- Basic knowledge in any ERPs will be a plus.**Benefits Available to You**- Our **compensation & benefits** are designed to help you manage your personal and family needs, while rewarding high performers.
