**BAT **MEXICO **IS LOOKING FOR A** Marketing Transformation Finance Intern**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Intern*****FUNCTION**: Internal** **Financial Administration**LOCATION**:Monterrey, Nuevo León.México.**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**We're looking for a Marketing Transformation Financial Intern, who is responsible for supervising the accurate allocation of the team's budget, balancing the entries and exits of budget within the team's projects, making sure purchase orders are crafted in time and accurately and making sure that the budget is supervised down and well used.We expect from this role to be passionate about the maintenance of our finance health according to the appointed budget for the projects that are changing the way we do things at BAT, this will generate experience in two relevant areas as Marketing and Finance, as well as knowing the way of work of a multi-national company as is BAT.**Reports to**:Marketing Transformation Lead**Reporting Level**:Intern**Geographic Scope**:Global**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Handling and supervising the area's budget.- Reviewing project's budget and supervising the expenditure month by month.- Generating Purchase Orders for the team.- Generating Reports and Metrics on the financial health on the team.- Handling financial team members from other areas of the company.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Do you have a sophisticated level of English?- Are you currently studying Finance, or something related to Project Management?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Currently Studying Finance or something related to Project Management.- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, rules, principles, and control of financial terms.- Work with MS Teams and MS Office.- Knows about project/product management.- Background on financial activities.- Procurement Process Understanding- C1 English Level.- Bachelor's in finance or Marketing (Not necessarily completed).**BENEFICIAL**- Handle risks, issues, and customer concerns.- Customer service demeanor.- Team member Management.**BELONGING, ACHIEVING, TOGETHER**Collaboration, diversity and teamwork underpin everything we do here at BAT.We know that collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds is what makes us stronger and best prepared to meet our business goals.**Come bring your difference
