**You Are A Part Of**:Information Technology Operations team which is critical to ensuring our organization maximizes the benefits of the Microsoft 365 suite while maintaining security, compliance, and operational efficiency.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- SharePoint Online/OneDrive - Design, implement, and manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and lists. Ensure proper site permissions, security configurations, and governance policies. Optimize SharePoint Online for collaboration, document management, and workflow automation. Provide support and training for end-users on SharePoint Online features and best practices.- Microsoft Defender - Implement and manage Microsoft Defender to protect against threats and vulnerabilities. Configure and maintain security policies, including anti-phishing, anti-malware, and anti-spam protections. Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts, ensuring timely remediation. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.- Microsoft Entra ID - Administer and manage Microsoft Entra ID, including user and group management. Ensure secure authentication and authorization for all Microsoft 365 services. Implement and manage multi-factor authentication and conditional access policies. Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts related to Microsoft Entra ID.**Required Skills and/or Experience**:- 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator.- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender.- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert) are highly desirable.- This position may require occasional on-call support and the ability to work flexible hours to address critical issues**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience with Microsoft 365 migration projects.- Knowledge of other Microsoft cloud services such as Azure and Microsoft Intune.- Experience with third-party Microsoft 365 management tools and solutions.- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.**What We Offer**Quantum provides a diverse portfolio of health plans for medical and prescription, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental medical insurance options.
