Empresa líder internacional se encuentra en búsqueda de :**:Field Installation Technician**:**Ubicación**: Apodaca, N.L.**Objetivo del puesto**:Proporcionar la instalación completa del equipo de acuerdo con los planos y especificaciones. El equipo instalado incluye láseres, punzonadoras, dobladoras y varios tipos de automatización.**Competencias/Conocimientos**:- Leer y comprender dibujos CAD y/o dibujos TIFF para obtener medidas precisas para determinar la ubicación de la máquina en la fábrica del cliente.- Capacidad para construir equipos personalizados para imprimir- Conocimiento general y uso de herramientas, es decir, martillo perforador, anclas, llaves, herramientas de medición de precisión, indicadores de carátula, galgas de espesores, escariadores, machos y terrajas.- Conocimientos mecánicos. Se requiere la capacidad de usar herramientas manuales comunes y leer dibujos mecánicos.- Autodidacta- Adaptabilidad- Conocimientos básicos en paquetería office- Habilidades Matemáticas (álgebra y trigonometría)- Capacidad de leer y comprender esquemas eléctricos, deseable- Experiência en soldadura y montacargas deseable**Requisitos**:- Ingeniería afín- Disponibilidad para viajar- Disponibilidad de horario- Licencia de conducir- Pasaporte vigente o disponibilidad para obtenerlo- **Inglés conversacional **_**indispensable**_***Actividades**:- Operación de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.- Aplomar los cilindros y válvulas neumáticos de acuerdo con los esquemas neumáticos.- Cableado para sensores, motores, variadores.- Desplazamiento a las instalaciones del cliente para instalación o desmontaje de equipos- Dar instrucciones a los instaladores para mover y colocar una amplia gama de equipos, hasta 50,000 lbs.- Limar y pulir las superficies pintadas para eliminar las imperfecciones y obtener un ajuste adecuado.- Taladrar y terrajee los orificios, según sea necesario.- Diseñar el trabajo para el soldador según sea necesario, lubricar las piezas ensambladas- Verifique el ajuste, la alineación, la escuadra, el paralelismo y el funcionamiento de las piezas móviles, ajuste según sea necesario para lograr el espacio libre y la función adecuados.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 al mesEntorno físico:- FábricaHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vidaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
