Because why not do it all?**position Summary**:We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to lead labor relations at Mexico. Based in Toluca, this role requires travel as needed to support business activities.You will manage Union engagement & collective bargaining agreements to ensure smooth and compliant labor relations. You will report to HR Director of FP NA and closely collaborate with HR Directors of Operational Excellence and PT NA, Legal, HRBP, and Plant Managers, coach local teams on negotiation techniques, and support employee relations during mergers and acquisitions. You can expect to build strong relationships with unions and works councils, stay updated on labor law changes, and provide regular reports to leadership.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services- Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations- Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by department objectives- Communicates complex concepts; anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a different point of view**Keys to Success**:- Progression to this level is restricted on the basis of business requirements**Supervisory Responsibilities**:- None- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized area and general knowledge of related areas- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity- Leads others to solve complex problems; uses analytical thinking, tools and judgement to identify innovative solutions**Requirements and Preferred Skills**:- 8-10 years of experienceWHY GATES?Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
