One of the most respected Law Firms in Kentucky, USA, is looking for a top performer to serve as the CEO of the Company, Located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.

We strive to find the expert executive that will join our team to help continue with the exponential growth of the business, by harmoniously administrating and managing all the business structure and business model of the Company, through the different departments and locations. This profile must have a unique ability to run the organization, making sure profits and revenue continue the growth towards the future, creating focus, accountability, and alignment.

Our CEO will make sure our Vision, Mission, and Values are honored and lived through every workday in this amazing law firm.

Please note the CEO will be active in day-to-day tasks and operations of the business.

IMPORTANT: Type of Work: Office-based, 100% (please if this is not for you, do not apply). EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • Green Belt Certification / Lean Six Sigma Certification.
  • Mexican Passport (Current).
  • USA VISA (Current).
  • Experience with the Zoho ticketing system.

PROGRAMS AND OTHERS:

  • Advanced skills in data analysis in Excel, macros, and Dashboards.
  • Expert in ticketing and call/chat systems setup and administration.
  • Advanced Computer skills, Office Pack: Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google, and Microsoft suites and clouds.
  • Software: SAP, JAB, Oracle, FIVE-9, Service Desk, Service Now, Cherwell, Zendesk, PeopleSoft, Minitab, Canva, Ring -Central, etc.
  • Audit experience (internal and external).

LANGUAGES (this is mandatory):

  • Spanish: Native or business level.
  • English: Native or business level.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm CST (Or from 8 am to 5 pm CST according to daylight saving time begins and ends).
