**Job Details****¿Qué harás?**Coordinar y administrar la logística de tiempo y forma de entrega de las órdenes así como lograr la meta establecida.**¿Cómo lo harás?**- Reporte diario para la localización de las órdenes que se enviaran.- Asegurarse de que las ordenes que se encuentren en el área de embarques estén en el lugar correcto.- Reponer o solicitar piezas faltantes a las órdenes.- Monitorear que haya exactitud en el inventario.- Asegurarse de que el Departamento de Aduanas provea los trailes necesarios y la documentación para los envíos.- Reporte de calidad de los rechazos mensuales.- Responsable de Informar anomalías detectadas.- Monitorea que la cantidad que fue embarcada al cliente es la correcta verificando los acumulados.- Actualizar y dar seguimiento diario al empaque de clientes.- Seguimiento por medio de sistemas divisionales QAD y/o manuales (MRP) para controlar y optimizar los níveles de inventarios.- Diariamente revisa los materiales críticos de acuerdo al reporte de cobertura y da seguimiento a que se hayan embarcado cantidades correctas de sus números de parte a través del QAD, así como dar seguimiento en caso de discrepancia.- Responsable de actividades relacionados con JCMS- Se conduce de acuerdo al código de ética de la empresa y respeta el RIT y seguridad**¿Qué buscamos?**- Carrera Profesional en áreas de Ingeniería, Administración, Logística o afín.- Experiência en Actividades Similares 3 años.- Amplia experiência en manejo de sistemas de MRP y QAD.- Administración de Inventarios y planeación de producción.- Conocimiento en proceso de embarques y materiales.- Excelentes relaciones interpersonales y servicio al cliente.- Habilidad para la solución de problemas- Ingles 85% indispensable- Amplio manejo de MS Office (Excel).- Experiência con manejo de personal
