**Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager - Ramos Arizpe**RHI Magnesita has an amazing opportunity for Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager in Ramos Arizpe, MXThe HS&E Manager is responsible for ensuring the facility complies with all Health Safety and Environmental regulations. This dynamic HS&E Manager will partner with all areas of our organization to develop effective and progressive safety solutions to drive a culture of safety excellence and performance improvement, with sustainable change.This position will report to the Head of Plants Mexico. The HS&E Manager will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time.**The HS&E Manager tasks include**:- Serves as the champion of safe behaviors, safe manufacturing processes and safety process improvements, working directly with the management team to drive hazard awareness and injury prevention.- Reviews, implements, and provides overall guidance for implementation of company-wide safety programs such as behavior-based safety programs, non-routine task evaluations, risk assessments, and general corporate safety policies and programs.- Provides proactive insight and guidance when reviewing engineering controls/design changes to minimize safety and occupational hazards (e.g., machine guarding, ergonomics).- Conduct post-accident investigations to determine the root cause and develop effective and timely action plans.- Leads, mentors, empowers, and guides a local team of health and safety personnel to develop standard safe work instructions, conduct follow up work related to safety incidents, near misses, and safety improvement suggestions from employees, developing out of the box solutions for more complex safety challenges when needed.- Ensures that all regulatory and internal environmental reporting and documentation requirements are satisfied while maintaining responsibility for the analysis and investigation of all environmental incidents.- Gives timely response to internal and external customers.- Collaborate with Global and Regional resources to utilize outside expertise and pilot new programs.- Drive a high performing team culture.**About you**Do you have:- At least 5 years’ experience in safety management role is required- Education/training in Health Safety and Environmental- Minimum of 3 years in leading, coaching and mentoring a team is preferred- Bilingual in Spanish and English- High proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Regulatory compliance experience- Training in ISO 45001,14001, 9001, and 50001 is a plus- Ability to interact with staff, partners, and the general public with a calm and professional demeanor- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills- Strong preference for experience supporting a complex manufacturing operation- Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally- Hand on, forward thinking, and improvement/results driven- Works effectively and collaboratively, including clear written and verbal communications**What we bring to the table**As a much-valued employer:- We offer you a varied and challenging role within the world market leader that is driving positive change- We give you the opportunity to take part in shaping the future of the industry leader in innovative technology- **Amazing benefits Christmas Bonus, Food vouchers, Saving funds, Life insurance, disability insurance, and more****About RHI Magnesita****Learn more about us and follow us at**:**Find us on**:LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTubeTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es tu expectativa salarial?Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
