**Lead Data Architect - Data Management**Major Tasks- You create a data management & data governance strategy according to the F.A.I.R. data principles in close alignment with the global strategy and NA business functions (e.g. account teams, consumer & market Insights teams, supply analytics teams).- You lead the detailed design and implementation of data management and data governance processes for our NA data platform (based on AWS and Snowflake) and drive the change in the business towards a data driven organization which includes training and education as well as leading by example.- You consult projects on data that is available on the platform and it’s meaning and take care that projects follow our processes (e.g. maintain data catalogues)- Jointly with other data architects, you define, implement and continuously enhance our data management & governance technology stack in alignment with the overall analytics technology strategy- You contribute with your data knowhow to define, build and maintain the data assets for North America that are re-usable for different purposes- You contribute to our strategic projects and support project teams with technical guidance and content knowledge about data and the integration different data sources for new use-cases (e.g. channel data, market data, sell-in/sell-out, retail data, orders, warehouse & transportation data from global sources & local sources)- You manage regulatory requirements on data, such as licensing, data privacy related topics or GxP.- You collaborate with data asset teams from other organizational units (e.g. from Enabling Functions), other analytics - & data science teams from different organizations (business as well as IT) andother non-analytics IT-functions such as e.g. platform product managers or integration architects as technical lead for analytics in order to deliver analytics products fit for purpose**Skills**:- You hold a Master’s degree in business administration, computer science, data analytics, engineering, or similar- You have 8+ years' working experience in the field of data and analytics in different data areas (e.g. Channel Analytics, market insights generation, digital analytics or supply analytics) and in the CPG industry- You have an excellent data management knowhow (processes as well as tools like e.g. Collibra, Purview, Glue, data cataloguing and meta data management) as well as solid data analytics technical knowledge (Cloud AWS & Azure; Snowflake & data modelling; database techniques as SQL and BI/reporting solutions like Tableau and PowerBi)- You have excellent data knowledge (e.g. financial data (COPA), SD, market data from Profitero, IQVIA, Nielson, IRI or similar vendors, sell-in/sell-out, digital channel data; retailer data, warehouse & transportation data) as well as the needed business process knowhow (marketing & commercial, order to cash & supply chain)- Demonstratedability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.- Problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgement.- Interpersonal and communication skills, active listening, consulting, challenging and theability to convince and influence as well as excellent presentation skills- Fluent in English, both written & spoken, intercultural awareness and willingness to travel**Período de aplicación**:26 Enero al 08 Febrero**Código de referencia**:**División**:Enabling Functions**Ubicación**:Mexico : Ciudad de México : Ciudad de México**Área funcional**:Tecnología de la información**Grado de posición**:VS 1.3**Tipo de empleo**:Permanente**Tiempo de trabajo**:por favor, defina
