Customer Credit Analyst - English and SpanishAbout the RoleThe role is responsible for analyzing and setting realistic customer credit limits for the assigned geographic/business area. The role is responsible to set credit blocks and resolve credit issues with the business within the approval matrix.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will Do- Perform ongoing analysis, identify issues or improvement areas related to customers and their credit settings- Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvement activities to safeguard against financial risk directly to business stakeholders while promoting sales growth- Own and drive credit management process within the assigned geography/business area- Lead or contribute to projects and initiatives related to credit management; challenge the status quo and identify new opportunities- Ensure compliance with internal and external credit management and procedures / guidelines for the assigned geographical/business area- Review and respond to enquiries from the business and/or customers related to credit management, taking a decision and resolve in line with the approval matrix- Collaborate with accounts receivable persons to ensure actions relating to overdue payments are executed in line with customer credit directives- Monitor and follow-up on KPI’s and perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis- Develop and deliver credit trainings for business counterparts to ensure appropriate involvement and understanding of credit management processes- Support that the organization’s activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently, and according to relevant principles, regulations and standards, whether established by Essity or your employer, by authorities and regulatorsWho You Are- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent- Min 2 years’ experience from either Finance, Controlling, Acc Pay, Acc Rec, and/or Customer Service Mgmt.- Proactive and innovative approach- Flexible - readily adapts to change and new systems and/or methods- Deliver with quality and speed- Global Perspective- Embrace and live our Beliefs and Behaviors - Care, Courage, Collaboration and Commitment- Self-driven, Communicates Effectively, Team player with proven ability in strong collaboration- System/Tools experience in Office 365, SAP or another ERP tool is desirable- Advance EnglishWhat We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.Collaborative and Inclusive Culture | Empowering & Engaged Leaders | Working with Powerful Purpose & Sustainable Impact | Learning and Growing in your Career | Supporting Well-being & Sustainable Working Life | Life-changing Innovations | Competitive Total rewardsTogether, we are improving lives, every day.Working at Essity is not just a career; it is a chance to directly make the world a healthier, more hygienic and safer place.
