Customer Rebates Analyst - EnglishAbout the RoleProvide timely and effective administrative support to a sales team, unit, or department for more complex activities and enquiries.In addition, conduct timely analysis and assist in visualizing the relationship between sales activities and business performance. If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will Do- Provide analysis of sales and customer data and propose recommendations- Perform research in key areas such as customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales team’s activities- Draft more complex sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements- Make more complex calculations to accurately compile and report statistics- Assist in creating the link between controlling and sales organization, connect, evaluate, and process data from both departments with data from CRM- Create, maintain, and evaluate reports from key sources such as CRM- Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders, deliveries and/or other activities; and to generate sales reports and statistics- Might be involved in maintaining and calculating sales commission and expense recordsWho You Are- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent- Min 2 years’ experience from either Finance, Controlling, Acc Pay, Acc Rec, and/or Customer Service Mgmt.- Experience with off-invoice contract pricing, rebate chargeback procedures, programs analysis or related fields strongly preferred- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders- Flexible - readily adapts to change and new systems and/or methods- Proactive and innovative approach- Deliver with quality and speed- Global Perspective- Embrace and live our Beliefs and Behaviors - Care, Courage, Collaboration and Commitment- Self-driven, Communicates Effectively, Team player with proven ability in strong collaboration- System/Tools experience in Office 365, SAP or another ERP tool is desirable- Fluent in English, verbal and written requiredWhat We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.Collaborative and Inclusive Culture | Empowering & Engaged Leaders | Working with Powerful Purpose & Sustainable Impact | Learning and Growing in your Career | Supporting Well-being & Sustainable Working Life | Life-changing Innovations | Competitive Total rewardsTogether, we are improving lives, every day.Working at Essity is not just a career; it is a chance to directly make the world a healthier, more hygienic and safer place.
