At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**General Sales Support Analyst****Main Purpose**The role of General Sales Support Analyst has the responsibility to support Chile business team in daily business, preparing materials and presentations for customers and sales teams, making sales quotas and tracking payment of incentives and variable bonus (variable compensation). Playbook of commercial initiatives and everything related to internal communications and business reviews.**Responsibilities**:**Accountabilities**- Responsible to consolidate and to update Playbook of commercial monthly iniatives by channel.- Ensure quotes definition by division, district and route, according market alignment (AOP or S&OP)- Customer Material Support: Create and maintain template for customer meetings based on past presentations; dependent on customers) or new presentations.- If ad hoc, pull data and create ad hoc materials based on strategic priorities for customer meetings- Responsible to follow up the E2E Initiatives postmortem and communicate to different sales teams.- Establish process to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems- Responsible of sales management process follow up, through business scorecard and deliverables check upThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career- Have at least 18 months in your current function- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 monthsQualifications:- Bachellor’s, Associate or Technical degree in progress. Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science or similar.- 1 year of professional experience- Experience in Accounting (preferable)- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills- Clear Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external)- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook- Basic English- Follow up and escalate when needed- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time**Non Technical Skills**- Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills- Capable of managing multiple, high-priority assignments- Adapt successfully to changing situations & environments- Determination to get things done.
