At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**General Sales Support Analyst****Main Purpose**The role of General Sales Support Analyst has the responsibility to support Chile business team in daily business, reconciling expenses, financial management support with monthly closings and balancing sales information with finances. Sales estimates, as well as being the support for the digitalization and improvement of the reports already migrated to MBS. And all kind of reporting related to reconsiliations.**Responsibilities**:**Accountabilities**- Responsible to consolidate closing information and run conciliations with finance teamThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career- Have at least 18 months in your current function- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 monthsQualifications:- Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelors’ degree- 1 - 2 years of relevant professional experience- Experience in Accounting (preferable)- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills- Clear Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external)- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook- Advance English oral and written communication skills- Follow up and escalate when needed- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
