**Responsibilities**:- Consolidation of Pre-Payroll- Capture of Pre-Payroll Incidents- Review of information for payroll calculation (crossing and payroll observations, bonus and terminations)- Monitoring and Capture of Accounts- Generation of Invoices for Payment of Grocery Vouchers in Payroll and Leave- Request for Schedules of Payments stopped, in transit or rejection- Payroll Stamp- Reception and Validation of Sheets of NO Debt is kept in one (Casualties Log)- Elaboration of Settlement Calculation / Different Scenarios.- Generation and Sending of Settlement and Resignation Letters.- Sending of CFDI Receipts collection support (accounting 3 payrolls, CFDI's P&G and Armstrong)- Sending of Settlement Payment Schedule.- Reception of Deregistration Forms (Deregistration Log)- Movement Down to the IMSS.- Monitoring and Preparation of Settlement Calculations.- Stamped and sent CFDI SETTLEMENTS.- Accumulate of FNQ**Basic qualifications**:- 2 - 4+ years of experience working with payroll- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting- Bilingual English - Spanish**Requirements**:- Excel- SUA- IDSE, VIRTUAL DESKTOP- PAYROLL SYSTEMS- RECRUITMENT- INFONAVIT- ST7Pay: $12,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
