IG Networks, empresa de telecomunicaciones en continuo crecimiento y expansión global, busca nuevos perfiles profesionales en México para incorporarse al equipo de Service Delivery. ¿A quién buscamos? Estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) Project Manager de Telecomunicaciones con pensamiento estratégico y visión sistémica. Buscamos a alguien enfocado en el rendimiento, con proactividad para proponer mejoras y gran capacidad de adaptación al cambio. Ubicación : México (100% remoto). Modalidad de contratación : Relación de dependencia. Requisitos : - Formación: Educación superior en Telecomunicaciones o áreas afines. - Idiomas: Inglés avanzado obligatorio. - Experiencia: Comprobada en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en los sectores de telecomunicaciones o tecnología. - Metodologías: Conocimiento sólido en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y estándares PMBOK. - Herramientas: Dominio de Jira, Trello y MS Project.- Habilidades: Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y liderar equipos diversos. Principales responsabilidades: - Liderar la implementación y ejecución de proyectos estratégicos. - Coordinar plazos, condiciones y expectativas con clientes y proveedores. - Monitorear KPIs y asegurar el alto rendimiento de las entregas. - Gestionar la mitigación de riesgos y proponer planes de mejora continua. - Actuar como enlace entre stakeholders internos y externos, asegurando una comunicación fluida y efectiva. ¿Qué te ofrecemos?
