En **Grupo Acceon** somos empresa líder en Tecnologías de la Información e impulsamos la transformación digital de organizaciones del sector privado y público, implementando las mejores estrategias, productos, soluciones tecnológicas, servicios administrados y servicios en la nube.Buscamos talento para Agente de Telemarketing, quien será responsable de identificar y captar nuevos clientes potenciales para Grupo Acceon, a través de llamadas telefónicas outbound. Su principal objetivo es buscar y expandir la base de datos de clientes y generar oportunidades de negocio para el equipo de ventas y trabajar siempre sobre CRM Hubspot y Dynamics 365.**¿Qué harás en este puesto?**- **Prospección**: Realizar llamadas outbound a una base de datos de clientes potenciales, identificando oportunidades de negocio.- **Cualificación de leads**: Clasificar y calificar a los obtenidos según criterios preestablecidos.- **Agendar de citas**:Coordinar citas entre los prospectos calificados y el equipo de ventas.- **Actualización de la base de datos**:Mantener actualizada la información de los contactos en el CRM.- **Seguimiento de campañas**:Dar seguimiento a las campañas de marketing por medio de telemarketing y reportar los resultados.- **Participación en reuniones**:Asistir a reuniones del equipo para analizar los resultados y proponer mejoras**Nuestra oferta**:- Sueldo base + bonos por cumplimiento de metas.- Prestaciones de ley.- Beneficios adicionales ((Vacaciones extra a la ley, permisos con goce de sueldo, precios preferenciales, prestamos sobre nómina, etc.)- Horario de lunes a viernes de 8:30 am a 6:00 pm.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $8,500.00 - $12,500.00 al mesPago complementario:- Bono mensualExperiência:- telemarketing: 1 año (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha límite para postularse: 05/04/2025Fecha de inicio prevista: 18/02/2025
