Lead Sourcing Specialist

What's the role?:**This global role shall consist of**:- **Strategic System Administration**: Oversee the comprehensive management and maintenance of the Coupa platform, including advanced user access controls, system configurations, and updates.- ** Advanced Support and Troubleshooting**: Provide expert-level technical support to users and stakeholders, resolve complex issues and ensure high system availability and performance.- ** Process Optimization**: Lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging best practices to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.- ** Training and Mentorship**: Develop and deliver advanced training programs for users together with the Global Process team. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures.- ** Integration Leadership**: Collaborate with IT and other departments to manage and optimize the integration of Coupa with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.- ** Compliance and Security Oversight**: Ensure the Coupa system adheres to company policies and industry regulations, maintaining robust data security and compliance standards.- ** Reporting**: Provide data intelligence support for the Procurement team, stakeholders and senior management by creating and maintaining reports, dashboards and analytics.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES****Administration of the platform**:- Support of the P2P system, ongoing configuration and integration support of the configured system, and support for all Coupa upgrades.- Support the various processes and actions to be carried out by stakeholders whilst using the tool.- Maintain system data and access including, users, approvers, vendors.- Escalate performance and functional issues with Coupa vendor product support.- Actively identify opportunities to leverage Coupa functionalities to improve efficiency.**Reporting/Data Analytics**:- Be a resource to assist the Coupa community in the development of ad-hoc/regular reports or queries using various tools. This will require the ability to understand data structures and analyze data retrievals.- Develop Sourcing analytics in the Coupa platform to support the Sourcing team and HERE stakeholders.Who are you?:**EXPERIENCE**- 6+ years of hands-on configuration and daily administration experience with the platform Coupa.- Project management experience in the Procurement software landscape, preferably with Coupa.- Experience with complex system integrations and data migration.- Experience in change management and driving user adoption of new Procurement tools and technologies.- Must have worked in e-procurement modules such as Procure, Invoice, Pay, Sourcing, Contract, Supplier Management, Analytics, Expense management, integration with major ERP’s preferably PeopleSoft.- Deep understanding of Source to Pay process. Experience in Master Data Load and Data Handling (Extraction/Transformation/ Manipulation) is preferred but not a must- Strong experience with user acceptance testing (UAT)- Strong people skills to support users effectively- Strong analytical skills geared towards troubleshooting- Must be able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Must have effective interpersonal skills and judgment to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations- Must have strong English verbal and written communication skills- Proactive and innovative attitude- Self-directed, self-motivated and capable of working with little supervisionWho are we?:HERE Technologies is a location data and technology platform company.
