2. Job Posting Guide**Your job****Our Team**Working in the Application Support team, you will provide global support to the tools mentioned above. Perform or assist in root cause investigations and PLM/ALM changes/updates. Make required configuration changes as requested by functional team and Communicate configurations / customizations to technical team**What You Will Do- Provide guidance and support to users including diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving any Teamcenter and Polarion issues- Script / code minor enhancements- Develop / Modify report design as per business needs- Escalate unresolved reporting Issues to L3, L4 or to the delivery manager- Product Development engineering operations. This includes installing, repairing, upgrading, replacing and maintaining hardware/software and peripheral equipment- Train other IT people on Teamcenter and Polarion technical support- Responsible for providing functional, technical and data administrative services- Responsible for coordinating with infrastructure team for issue resolution**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- 2+ years working with Enterprise systems, or as a Developer or Systems Analyst in the product development domain.**What Will Put You Ahead- 2 years supporting Teamcenter- 2 years supporting Polarion- 2 year of object-oriented Web development using Java/C#.NET- PLM Application Expertise and Know-how: Configuration, Integration, analytics, scheduling and reporting- Tool Knowledge: XML script, HTML, JavaScript, HA- Knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL server,Oracle or others), and SQL- Good understanding and experience of product development processes.- Familiarity with ERP (SAP) processes.- Ability to communicate in English**Who We Are**As a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
