The role also focuses on team support, safety, and adherence to company culture and ethics.**Key Responsibilities**:As a Supv, Mfg/Ops, you’ll be responsible for:- Ensure compliance with labor discipline and behavioral standards.- Guarantee quality standards throughout the production process.- Collaborate with EHS and Quality departments- Focus on continuous improvement through:- Productivity projects- Kaizen initiatives- A3 / Problem-solving- Cx (Operational Excellence) events- Develop strategies with the team to comprehensively meet departmental objectives.- Responsible for implementing the 5S program in operational areas.- Support the implementation of Cx (Operational Excellence) initiatives.- Lead and ensure the Daily Management process for the production line.- Lead, organize, and supervise production personnel.**Requirements**:We are looking for people who are Supv, Mfg/Ops.
