Overview Consolidar su autonomía técnica en múltiples lenguajes de programación y desarrollando productos monolíticos o de arquitectura servicios, desarrollo frontend y APIs RESTful robustas, optimizando bases de datos y gestionando entornos productivos. Asumirá un rol clave en el desarrollo independiente de endpoints complejos, la participación activa en code reviews, y el diagnóstico y resolución de problemas. También fomenta el crecimiento en habilidades blandas, actuando como mentor de desarrolladores junior y promoviendo una comunicación técnica efectiva y la resolución colaborativa de problemas, fortaleciendo así la cultura de aprendizaje continuo del equipo. Funciones Desarrollo independiente de endpoints complejos. Participación activa en code reviews. Mentoría y apoyo técnico a Jr. Software Developers. Diagnóstico y resolución de problemas complejos. Implementación de mejoras en el rendimiento y optimización del backend y frontend. Investigación e innovación de proyectos basados en nuevas tecnologías. Requisitos Estudios en Ingeniería en Sistemas o carrera afín. Conocimiento en GO (concurrencia y manejo de goroutines), Python (Django). Uso eficiente de bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL, MySQL o MariaDB) y no relacionales (MongoDB o Redis). Optimización de consultas y performance de bases de datos. Implementación de APIs RESTful robustas. Conocimiento de servidores y despliegue en entornos productivos. Uso de herramientas de CI/CD básicas. Conocimiento en desarrollo móvil (es un plus).
