We embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.**Your Tasks**:Lead the company’s planning & forecasting processesMonthly analysis and feedback on country & business unit performanceIdentification of financial Risks & OpportunitiesAct as main finance business partner for the HRD and support other MT members in GE steeringMain point of contact for Regional finance teamsMaintenance and further development of Financial PowerBI reportsMitigate compliance risks by ensuring high-quality execution of the internal control systemLead and develop a strong business partner team, supported by standardized processes, tools and efficient ways of working**Your Profile**:University degree, preferably in Economics or Business AdministrationAt least 7 years of experience in a finance or controlling managerial roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills across different hierarchies and functionsProactive and collaborative working style, able to influence and steer cross-functional teamsGood commercial business sense and understandingFluency in written and spoken English**Additional information**:
