National Sales Sr Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Work with senior leadership and business analysts to understand and document business needs for Sales Reporting.- Produce Sales performance reporting/business intelligence for all levels of the Consumer Banking organization; Audience includes Field Leadership, Product, Segment and Senior Leadership; Development lifecycle includes data analysis, KPI development, report design, and process/delivery automation.- Design, enhance, and maintain database objects hosted in Oracle, Teradata, and similar platforms.- Perform detailed analysis of data structures, indexes, partitions, and related database objects in order to provide recommendations for/implementation of strategies for data storage and performance optimization.- Perform periodic reviews of security configuration, information privacy controls, and access audits to ensure that data storage and accessibility adhere to corporate standards.- Work with team members to coordinate and collaborate on development projects, maintenance, and BAU tasks related to reporting and business intelligence development and data management.- Development and support of multiple data integration tasks (ETL) to support reporting.- Provide on-going data validation and performance metrics related to data integration.- Ensure automated reporting processes are running as expected.- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.**Qualifications**:- 6-10 years relevant experience- Analytical background with technical and problem solving skills- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment**Education**:- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred**Funciones**:- Su responsabilidad en total en supervisión, asegurando la motivación y el desarrollo del equipo a través del liderazgo profesional para incluir deberes como evaluación del desempeño, compensación, contratación, disciplina y despidos, así como la dirección de las tareas y responsabilidades diarias.- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y salvaguardando a la institución, sus clientes y activos, impulsando el cumplimiento de las leyes, reglas y regulaciones aplicables, adhiriéndose a la Política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido con respecto al comportamiento personal, la conducta y prácticas comerciales, escalar, administrar y reportar problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y generar responsabilidad con aquellos que no cumplen con estos estándares.- Liderar equipos de ventas para lograr objetivos comerciales de acuerdo con las metas predeterminadas.- Apoyar en la estrategia del plan de colocacion de Tarjetas de Credito estabecido por el banco en los diferentes proyectos de Socios Comerciales en México.- Visitar las plazas asignadas, BAJA NORTE,BAJA SUR,CHIHUAHUA,DURANGO,SINALOA,SONORA.- Enfoque a entrega de resultados, lectura efectiva de los principales KPI y ejecución de los mismos.- Mantener coberturas y rotación en equilibro óptimo para la gestión eficaz de la fuerza de ventas.- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales,**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura Terminada, titulo indispensable.
