We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Analista de Cartera- Realizar las acciones necesarias para el cumplimiento de la operación de los procesos de Cards, dando cumplimiento al FIM de operaciones y de Estándares Globales.- Establecer controles que se enfoquen en la prevención de errores en la operación- Buscar mejoras en los procesos a cumplir las necesidades del negocio- Seguimiento a los incidentes localizados durante el proceso.- Establecer controles que se enfoquen en la prevención de errores en la operación.- Cumplimiento a los objetivos anuales- Participar en la aplicación de nuevo procesos y/o proyectos, del área- Asesorar a clientes y/o proveedores sobre temas relacionados en el desarrollo del proceso, proporcionando información confiable y oportuna- Realizar la gestión correspondiente sobre temas y/o quejas recibidas del proceso- Participar en el desarrollo de actividades involucradas en el proceso, aportando ideas y mejoras para lograr un mejor resultado en los indicadores de la Dirección.- Compartir con el equipo de trabajo información relevante respecto al proceso para la correcta toma de decisiones.Requirements- **Escolaridad** Licenciatura en área Administrativa, Contable (Titulado)- **Software **Excel intermedio-avanzado, manejo de Officce- **Aplicaciones Core **Deseable Hogan, Kroner y OHC- **Experiência**: Recién egresado con excelente actitud, proactivo, dedicado, autodidacta, ganas de aprender y trabajar en equipo.**Inglés** Intermedio/AvanzadoYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.“At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
