Accounting**Your Role: Own the Challenge**In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute back-office and other administrative activities within the Tax function, in alignment with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. You will support various projects and initiatives, including project risk reviews and contract structuring. You will also demonstrate your expertise by managing and preparing supporting documentation (e.g., transfer pricing documentation, tax return support, etc.).The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-HybridGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Finance Services in Mexico.**You will be mainly accountable for**:- Support the implementation of relevant standards, processes, policies, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate tax matters.- Assist with tax accounting and reporting activities within your area of responsibility.- Provide support during tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.- Perform Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) processes in the relevant areas.**Qualifications**:- 1-2 years of experience in VAT recovery in Mexico.- Experience with SAP ERP systems.- Intermediate English proficiency.- Auditing experience is a plus.- Advanced Excel skills are desirable.- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, resilience, and strong communication skills.**We also offer our employees the following benefits**:- Paid parental leave- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Health and dental insurance- Wellbeing program- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)
