This role aims to replace traditional multidisciplinary cell-based methods, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality in the shortest time possible.During the first 90 days, the leader will be tasked with developing a comprehensive project management platform, intensively supported by AI tools, while collaborating directly with Rocketcode's C-Level team.**Responsibilities**:- **Design and Implementation of the New Methodology**- Create and establish AI-supported development processes, reducing reliance on manual methods.- Ensure the internal adoption of agile practices that optimize the delivery of technological solutions.- **2. Development of the Project Management Platform**- Lead the design and construction of an all-encompassing platform using various AI tools.- Ensure the platform meets the expectations of users, stakeholders, and the executive leadership.- **3. Organizational Transformation**- Act as a change agent, promoting the adoption of new cultures and development methodologies across the company.- Identify and manage resistance to change, fostering effective communication and team commitment.- **4. Collaboration with C-Level Executives**- Work closely with C-Level executives (CEO, CTO, COO, etc.), providing updates and proposing continuous improvements.- Present executive reports and profitability analyses for AI implementation.- **5. Training and Knowledge Transfer**- Train teams and departments on the efficient use of AI tools, strengthening a culture of innovation.- Encourage continuous improvement and ongoing updates in AI methods and solutions.**Requirements**:- **Academic Background**:- **Technical Experience**:- Previous experience in coding or AI is not required; however, advanced problem-solving skills and logical thinking are essential.- Familiarity with technological and AI tools (preferred) to drive the creation of disruptive solutions.- **Languages**:- Fluency in English is mandatory.- **Availability**:- On-site work from Monday to Friday, with high schedule flexibility depending on project demands.- **Skills and Competencies**:- Critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to solve complex problems.- Leadership and the ability to inspire teams to adopt new methodologies.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills tailored for C-Level and stakeholders.- Proactivity and autonomy, with a constant focus on optimization and continuous improvement.- Desired Profile- Passion for technological innovation and disruption in the software industry.- Interest in agile work methodologies and the adoption of digital tools to optimize processes.- Experience in consulting, innovation, or change management is valued.- Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments, focus
