**KAM Leader****Aufgaben**Direct supervisor of the Key Account Management team members-Develop and implement account plans for key accounts-Provide continuous coaching, training, and development opportunities for key account team to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills-Monitor the performance of inside sales team members and provide regular feedback in performance evaluations.
