The person is responsible for the profitable sales of Teradata solution portfolio products including software, hardware, professional services, and support services. Specific solutions to be sold depend on industry segment.Key ResponsibilitiesCapitalize on industry knowledge and contacts to uncover opportunities within your assigned account(s).Focus for Mexico Financial Sector as well as Governement institutions.This position is aimed to develop and activate a network of partners to jointly develop opportunities on the Public and Private SectorEffectively advise and influence customers and Partners through consultative selling techniquesResearch the customer environment to be able to populate the business impact modelArticulate the solution in terms of ROI and TCO to the customerUtilize team members including post-sale delivery professionals, pre-sale technical professionals, and management to achieve business objectives and mature sales cyclesRely on excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain executive-level interaction and customer satisfactionDevelop new business opportunities and close new account businessClose profitable TERADATA scalable hybrid data hub (datawarehouse, data lake and data lakehouse) solutions business incorporating hardware, software, professional services, and customer servicesUnderstand and articulate the value of Teradata Professional ServicesThis position is working in a virtual office environment, including home office & customer site. A combination of independent work and team collaboration will be required.Who You'll Work WithYou will work with post-sale delivery professionals, pre-sale technical professionals, and management.8+ years’ experience in selling software & services specifically in the data management and Advanced Analytics space. Some Technical knowledge of cloud and databases, Analytcs and Artificial Intelligence is necessary (other applicable includes ERP sales, Data Transformation and Governance sales).Demonstrated success developing new account opportunities and selling into various C-Suite leaders.Previous experience selling data management advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.What You Will BringTechnical skills to be able to run demos with customers is a plusLI-DL1
