Jr Accountant

What's the role?:The Role- General Ledger Accounting:_This role is responsible for multiple accounting tasks that comprise:- _ Journal entries:_ Record daily, weekly and monthly journal entries across different entities.- _ Payroll:_ Support payroll activities to ensure correct payments and internal control processes are followed. Work with internal and external stakeholders for social security compliance.- _ Taxes:_ Prepares workpapers for external fiscal consultants for tax compliance.- _ Financial Reporting: _Prepares financial reports and their support schedules.- _ Statutory Audit:_ Prepares multiple work papers and supports for external and internal auditors.Who are you?:- Experience with accounting software programs, ERPs (such as PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.)- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Good communication skills, proactiveness, independence and team spirit drive.- Full time job**IMPORTANT**:- ** This role reports is based in Leon, Guanajuato and follows a hybrid working arrangement of three days on-site in our Refugio Campestre office and two days remote (work from home).
