**Key Responsibilities**:**COO**:- Facilitate business initiatives implementation.- Enable the LOBs and Legal Entity to fulfill their governance obligations.- Coordinate, monitor and track of key business initiatives.- Work with multi-functional teams to integrate valuable information for senior management.- Produce business analysis for COO and Management.- Coordinate strategic projects and analyses to identify key insights and ensure integrity and accuracy of results.**Control**:- Produce metrics for management, as required.- Establish routines to review changes to applicable to processes, policies and execute corresponding updates.- Support Internal Control in controls assessments and documentation.- Monitor accuracy of data received, information gathering and report generation.**Project Management**:- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.- Document business requirements and lead creation of project plans.- Seek opportunities to maximize value of deliveries through prioritization of requirements and management of project risks.- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.- Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.- Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc).**Skills**- Bachelor’s degree or higher- (3-5) years of exposure to financial markets/products, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, or Treasury Services- Program/project management experience with demonstrated ability to build project roadmaps, manage several key stakeholders and take ownership for delivery- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the poise to communicate with senior leaders- Ability to positively influence others, in order to achieve results- Able to adapt to changing business/regulatory environments- Excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple competing/concurrent priorities.- Must be able to work well in collaborative team environment, but also independently- Make connections throughout Line of Business and across support and control areas**Job Band**:H6**Shift**:**Hours Per Week**:40**Weekly Schedule**:**Referral Bonus Amount**:0
