**Job Summary**This position is accountable for leading change management initiatives within digital transformation programs delivered as contracted services. It plays a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies and processes across multiple regions and customer operations.**Responsibilities**Transformation Support- Lead change management efforts for the implementation of digital platforms (e.g. SaaS platforms mobile solutions infrastructure upgrades).- Conduct stakeholder readiness assessments and develop mitigation strategies.Change Adoption Strategy- Identify and engage key stakeholders to drive alignment and ownership.- Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to support change initiatives.- Develop operational transition plans to ensure business continuity.Visual Communication and Engagement- Create visually compelling communication materials aligned with customers branding and policy standards.- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve communication effectiveness.Service Reporting- Prepare and present monthly service review reports including:- Status of ongoing and completed changes.- Stakeholder feedback and lessons learned- Backlog prioritization and planningRequired Qualifications- Bachelors degree in organizational development Communications Business Administration or related field.- 7+ years of experience in Change Management with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.- Proven experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.- Strong stakeholder management and communication planning skills.- Proficiency in visual communication tools (e.g. PowerPoint Canva Adobe Suite).- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR Prosci) is a plus.- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred**Certifications Required**ADKAR Prosci
