Innergy Brands impulsa esta pasión llevando las mejores marcas active y lifestyle a los principales retailers del país, siendo distribuidor oficial de Fanatics (NFL/NBA/MLB), Nike, Jordan, Saucony, Vuori, YETI y más.**Sobre el rol**:**Ubicación y esquema de trabajo**:- Híbrido en nuestras oficinas de Polanco, Ciudad de México.**¿Qué debes hacer para llegar a la meta?**- Colaborar activamente con el área de Sales para desarrollar estrategias comerciales alineadas a los objetivos de Innergy.- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y proponer acciones estratégicas que impulsen el desarrollo comercial.- Liderar la negociación y gestión de la relación con Nike, asegurando una colaboración efectiva.- Asegurar la incorporación de nuevas marcas desarrolladas por Business Development, planificando surtido, inventario y continuidad de estrategia.- Planear las necesidades de compra analizando inventario actual vs. demanda del cliente, asegurando una correcta segmentación y catalogación.- Diseñar estrategias de inventario, determinación de precios y ajustes comerciales, garantizando el cumplimiento administrativo.- Proyectar ingresos mediante forecast, con base en inventario y comportamiento del mercado, para apoyar decisiones estratégicas.- Coordinar con Sales la información clave sobre disponibilidad de producto, fechas de llegada y tendencias.- Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias de mercado y adaptar la estrategia con visión a largo plazo.- Garantizar la ejecución y cumplimiento del proceso de Open to Buy (OTB) bajo los lineamientos establecidos.**¿Qué debes dominar?**- +3 años en merchandising en retail, de preferencia en moda, calzado, têxtil, accesorios o deporte.- Experiência en assortment planning por canal, tomando en cuenta rotación, tendencias y objetivos de venta.- Actitud proactiva y facilidad para generar conexión con distintos equipos externos; buscamos a alguien con iniciativa, que sepa influir positivamente y siempre esté buscando cómo mejorar.- Inglés avanzado es indispensable.- Mentalidad estratégica con fuerte orientación a resultados y al cliente.- Deseable experiência con marcas globales y contacto directo con áreas de ventas, producto y marketing.**¿Estás listo para unirte al equipo Innovasport?
