You’ll be responsible for helping students enroll in courses, process those enrollments, and maintain course records in their education software.Applicants should be organized, outgoing, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.**Company**:Our client is a Real Estate School accredited by the state of California. They have been in business for over 70 years and have helped over 100,000 students to get their real estate license. Most of their customers purchase through their website or by calling them.**Responsibilities**- Answer phones and help students determine their unique needs.- Process student enrollments and provide instructions to student.- Guide students through processes and requirements.- Outbound phone calls if needed to students regarding their account.- General office duties including data entry, filing records.- Assist management with day to day.**Qualifications**- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication.- Experience with word and excel.- Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs.- Previous experience working in Customer Service for a US based business.- Previous administrative experience- Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)- Must be located in Latin America**Benefits**:- Big US Holidays Off / Big Local Holidays can be arranged**Salary**:$1200 USD /month**Schedule**:- 8:30am - 4:30pm PST (30 minute lunch) Mon - Fri**Application Disclaimer: Please Read Before Proceeding
