With over 60 years' experience in plant genetics, Advanta provides seeds technology that ensures crop performance and farmers prosperity.**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage HR administrative tasks including employee records, contracts, and benefits.- Oversee payroll processing on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.- Utilize advanced Excel skills to track and analyze HR data, payroll, and performance metrics.- Assist in the implementation of health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.- Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration and payroll.- Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).- High proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.- Knowledge or experience in workplace safety and hygiene (preferred).- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.**We are one team, for maximum impact.
