Apoyando con las inducciones de labor directa.Como es un día en el trabajo:- Contrataciones Masivas, proceso de Onboarding de Mexico y administración de Expedientes de personal en el segundo turno.- Actividades de contratación masiva.- Capturar y procesar datos de expedientes para contrataciones masivas.- Solicitud y pre validaciones de cuentas bancarias.- Levantamiento de tickets.- Auditorias en Sandbox.- Seguimiento a onboardings Indirectos y técnicos.- Validaciones de IDS gubernamentales.- Verificaciones de antecedentes internos y externos.- Contrataciones manuales en WD.- Entrega de nuevo expediente a archivo.- Orientación para nuevos empleados.La experiência que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo:- Licenciatura en: Recursos Humanos, Administración de empresas o Administración Financiera o afín.- Experiência Jr o Mid, en puestos de reclutamiento o RH.- Disponibilidad de horario en el Segundo turno.- Manejo de paquetería office.- Facilitador de cursos.- Manejo de Grupos.- Ingles básico - Intermedio.Lo que recibirás por el gran trabajo que realizas:- Salario Competitivo.- Seguro de Vida y GMM.- Aguinaldo.- Vales de despensa.- Fondo de ahorro.KJ12Job CategoryHuman Resources**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:.
