Logistics SupervisorAt the LEGO Group, every single person on our team is united behind our mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.Location: LOMReporting to: Jose Manuel AcostaBusiness Unit: OperationsContact for applicants: Eduardo ReyesBids Due: May 20Number of Positions: 1Play your part in our team success: Play your part in our team success: Play your part in our team success: Play your part in our team success:- The Logistics Supervisor is the person leads and handle logistics area through correct implementation of Shop Floor Management, improving and optimizing resources, partners and people management (HR Core Process) to production plan fulfilment and customer satisfaction.Core Responsibilities:- Leads and run Logistics Area through correct implementation of Shop Floor Management, growing and optimizing resources, team member and people management (HR Core Process) to production plan fulfillment and customer satisfaction.- Handle, manage and people development, career path, work environment, motivation and happiness.- Ensure the critical metrics of the area are met (SQDCP)- Give support to continuous improvement program (LCI tools)- Ensure compliance of quality and safety standard (Product safety, QA Handbook, IMS)- Follow up the tactical implementation plan.- Ensure the brand protection and novelty confidentiality.Do you have what it takes?- Experience as Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator or similar position related to Logistics with experience leading minimum a group of 30 to 50 operators.- Education: Professional degree in Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering preferred.- Skills: Intermediate English.- Knowledge in SAP, Lean Manufacturing, Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement and Microsoft office tools.Join the global LEGO® teamWhat’s in it for you?
