AbsolutelyResponsabilidades/**Responsabilidades**:Under supervision, assists clients in acquiring labels by providing information, answeringgeneral client questions, reviewing label designs, maintaining information systems, andprocessing label purchase and release orders. In addition, assures that clients custom labelscomply with UL specifications.- Assists clients with placing label orders by providing information concerning label types, charges, suppliers, and order and release policies and procedures.- Prepares and completes in-house printing/permanent issue number requests.- Assures custom labels comply with UL specifications by reviewing, correcting and authorizing client designs.- Provides basic job training and answers basic procedural questions of entry level customer service representatives.- Completes client orders by processing label purchase and release requests which includes assigning control numbers, reviewing label designs, interacting with internal customers on label formats and material specifications as well as interfacing with clients and UL Field staff on label shipment, storage and control of UL labels.- Maintains suppliers’ agreements, distributes information for the client orientation program and prepares Initial Product Inspection packages.- Maintains information systems by entering data regarding label orders, refunds, release orders, etc., into databases as well as filing and updating reference materials.- Answers client questions regarding shipment status, address verification, label inventory, and UL mark clarification.- Performs other duties as directed.Calificaciones/Qualificações:- Higher Secondary Education plus prior experience of data entry and accessing datafrom databases and generally four years prior related customer service experience.- Bilingual: English /Spanish- Computer experience.
