As our Deployment Lead, you will own the end-to-end rollout of AI software on client production lines. You’ll be the **single point of contact** for 4-5 accounts (think: JUMEX, BACHOCO, PISSA), leading planning, scoping, technical assessments, and go-live. Your job: ensure seamless AI/ML integration while building strong, long-term client relationships.**What You’ll Do**- Lead full deployment lifecycle: scoping, technical assessment, equipment procurement, OEE definition, automation supplier coordination.- Manage project plans, timelines, and training handoffs for AI/ML workflows.- Keep daily updates in Jira/PM tools to ensure visibility of tasks and milestones.- Serve as account owner, anticipating client needs and managing expectations.- Act as troubleshooting lead during deployments, ensuring smooth integration with mínimal downtime.**What We’re Looking For**- 4-6 years’ experience in manufacturing deployment, industrial engineering, or project management.- Technical background in factory automation (PLCs, SCADA), data integration, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts.- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.- Great communicator with ability to write client-facing documentation and updates.- Tools: Excel, Jira, plus basic SQL or scripting a bonus.- Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related.- Willingness to travel occasionally (mostly Monterrey or CDMX).**Additional Info**- **Location**: Mexico City.- **Travel**: Minimal (strategic planning or escalations).- **Start Date**: ASAP.- Sueldo base más **esquema de bonos** basado en el número de líneas instaladas, con metas previamente definidasTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mesExperiência:- Project Manager: 5 años (Obligatorio)- AI/ML workflows: 3 años (Obligatorio)- PLC y SCADA: 1 año (Obligatorio)- SQL: 1 año (Obligatorio)- AWS: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- inglés avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 06140, Colonia Condesa, CDMX
