**TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER**

We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager responsible for managing and overseeing large scale projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include expertise in client relationship management and product delivery through constant liaison with team and partners on all matters relating to HH Global’s client technology suite. The primary focus of this role will deliver exceptional customer service to the client - ensuring adherence by all involved to specified deadlines and budgets, ensure implementation of the most appropriate solution within defined limits and time frames. Heavy emphasis will be placed on ensuring internal procedures are followed at all times.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive client facing technology projects from kick-off through execution, including managing timelines and deadlines, running meetings, scheduling reviews, and being a primary liaison with partner teams.
- Anticipate, oversee, and troubleshoot any potential problems within our delivery and cross-functional teams, and manage implications in terms of priorities, tasks, resources and/or requirements.
- Understand and manage agreed-upon scope of project from concept to delivery.
- Coordinate between business and technical teams to continually optimize the delivery process.
- Exemplify clear communication, emphasizing transparency, collaboration, and shared goals.
- Create, manage, and actively adjust project plans that set firm and realistic deadlines for each phase of the project.
- Prepare weekly/daily/as-needed status updates to all team members - high transparency and accountability expected.
- Govern the work delivered by internal teams and technology suppliers to ensure that project deliverables match the briefed requirements and meet the required level of quality
- Consistently deliver on existing processes and always be improving upon them
- Support internal departments with technical expertise and know-how of current business systems and other external industry tools
- Liaise with various internal IT, Development, Information Security and Operations Teams to troubleshoot problems and scope integration workflows.
- Create and explain detailed documentation for the build and maintenance of any solution.
- Contribute to the on-going implementation of company mission and values.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2 - 4 years experience of successfully managing and delivering high-profile, large-scale technology projects.
- Demonstrable experience of the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects of various sizes and complexity.
- Experience in matrix management of functional teams.
- Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers in delivery technology.
- Strong understanding and awareness of IT and systems development.
- Experience of handling challenging situations and acting appropriately to defuse and resolve them.
- Professional qualifications in Programme or Project Management, such as APMP, MSP, Prince2 Practitioner, Agile or similar.

**SKILLS**
- Able to communicate with staff and clients effectively at different levels and from different backgrounds, including operational and strategic, technical, and non-technical, etc.
- An excellent communicator - must be able to provide clear, direct, and professional messages both to internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbal.
