**Vacante para la empresa DB Soluciones en Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México**: Customer Service / LogísticaLic. en área comercial-administrativaINGLÉS INTERMEDIO CONVERSACIONAL y CONOCIMIENTOS EN EXPORTACIÓN INDISPENSABLEResponsabilidades del Puesto:- Checar pedidos, seguimiento del estatus de los pedidos.- Planificación y seguimiento de órdenes de compra del cliente y su correcto procesamiento a tiempo hasta su destino final.- Ser el principal motor para atender al cliente en situaciones de retraso o urgencia.- Recopilar, consolidar y analizar información de los pedidos y su atención para preparar reportes diarios de gestión.- Organizar y optimizar las actividades relacionadas a la atención al cliente, a fin de gestionar correctamente el área.- Dar seguimiento al proceso de exportación (documentos para la misma, revisión de etiquetado según las normas de cada país, evidencia fotográfica y documental de cada paso del proceso, armado de pedido, recolección de producto para tránsito a aduana, etc.)Zona de trabajo: Jardines del Pedregal (cerca del estadio de CU)Horario: Lunes a viernes de 10am a 6pm NOTA: Cada 10 días hacen guardia, entra a las 9:30am y sale 7:30pm- SUELDO DE $22,000 A $25,000 NETOS mensuales- PRESTACIONES DE LEY (CONTRATACIÓN DIRECTA POR LA EMPRESA)**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Logística / Transporte**Industria**:Transporte, Logística y Almacenamiento**Habilidades**:- honesto- responsable
