Overview:The **Collections Back Office Representative** will be responsible for carrying out administrative support to the back office area as well as support the collections channels with data reporting and information control. This role will work in process improvements for the operations of our consumer collections.**Location: Monterrey, N.L.****Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with the collections area to provide information & data.- Responsible for Back Office tickets received on a daily basis.- Ensure Back Office tickets are followed, handled and closed according to defined SLA’s.- Provide visibility on tickets follow up (Received, attended, closed, etc.)- Prepare and manage all digital documentation needed for the creation of "deduction files".- Participation in projects for process improvements.- Maintain and monitor area KPI's.Qualifications:- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics and/or Engineering.- +1 year of experience on administrative tasks (professional practices are considered).- Intermediate/Advanced English Skills, both verbal and written (will be evaluated during interviews).- Knowledge and experience in MS Office Excel - PIVOT, VLOOKUP, SEARCH FORMULAS (desirable Macros).- Customer service orientation.- Ability to embrace change and to adapt to organizational challenges.- Advanced interpersonal, verbal and written skills.- Effective communication skills.- High organizational skills.- Data management and reporting.- Analytical and problem-solving abilityLI-ED1Disclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
