**Vacante: Reclutador Senior****Ubicación**: Fast Office Sucursal Periférico, periférico sur 192, La Duraznera, 45580 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal.**Área**: Atracción de Talento**Tipo de puesto**: Tiempo completo**Objetivo del puesto**Manejar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección de talento, asegurando la cobertura oportuna de vacantes clave mediante estrategias efectivas de atracción, evaluación y selección, alineadas con la cultura y objetivos de la organización.**Responsabilidades principales**- Gestionar el ciclo completo de reclutamiento: publicación, filtrado, entrevistas, evaluación y cierre.- Realizar entrevistas por competencias y aplicar pruebas psicométricas.- Implementar estrategias de atracción en distintas plataformas y redes profesionales.- Brindar acompañamiento y seguimiento al proceso de incorporación del nuevo talento.**Requisitos**- Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración o afín.- Experiência mínima de **3 a 5 años** en reclutamiento y selección (operativo, administrativo y puestos especializados o de mando medio).- Dominio de entrevistas por competencias y uso de pruebas psicométricas.- Conocimiento de bolsas de empleo, redes sociales y herramientas digitales de reclutamiento.- Deseable experiência en **reclutamiento d**e **perfiles técnicos**.**Habilidades clave**- Comunicación efectiva y empatía- Orientación a resultados- Pensamiento analítico- Planeación y organización- Trabajo en equipo**Ofrecemos**- Sueldo competitivo acorde a experiência- Prestaciones de ley- Excelente ambiente de trabajo- Horario de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hrs- 100% presencialInteresados postularse por este medio, y adjuntar CVNosotros te contactamos.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $17,800.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
