Descripción Del Trabajo Buscamos un(a) Analista Financiero FP&A con enfoque estratégico, dominio de Excel avanzado y análisis de información financiera. Será responsable de crear modelos financieros, analizar datos clave y participar en proyectos de automatización e inteligencia artificial dentro del sector de bienes raíces y cuidado de adultos mayores. Funciones y responsabilidades principales Preparar y analizar los estados de resultados de áreas específicas. Recopilar y analizar datos financieros. Calcular costos de operación y comparar con presupuestos para identificar desviaciones. Elaborar reportes de resultados. Elaborar, dar seguimiento y analizar presupuestos departamentales. Colaborar en la preparación de presupuestos anuales y revisiones trimestrales. Monitorear gastos y ajustar presupuestos según sea necesario. Comparar costos reales contra presupuestos y analizar variaciones. Resolver consultas y problemas relacionados con la gestión de costos. Requisitos académicos: Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o campo relacionado. Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en análisis financiero, contable y presupuestal en bienes raíces. Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Excel y dominio de Microsoft Office. Inglés Avanzado. Conocimientos en Power BI, Tableau o herramientas de automatización. Preferencia por experiencia en las Big Four. Competencias funcionales Dominio de principios contables y financieros. Capacidad para analizar estados financieros y reportes contables. Conocimiento profundo de presupuestos, costos y análisis de rentabilidad. Capacidad para realizar análisis financiero y económico detallado. Identificación de tendencias, patrones y anomalías en datos financieros. Comunicación efectiva y redacción de informes financieros claros y precisos. Habilidad para colaborar con diferentes departamentos y niveles jerárquicos. Enfoque en la mejora continua y optimización de procesos financieros. #J-18808-Ljbffr
